This year EW had the pleasure of having the BEMO HOm modules of some Bay Area modelers. The modules set up in a FREEMO style and use DC two rail blocks to control trains. A station module owner receives and dispatches trains from his module with the block break on an adjoining module.
Also EW had Peter Barnes "N" scale layout of 2 feet by 4 feet. The layout was very detailed. The trains drew power from the tracks or the overhead. Catenary was by Vollmer.
Here's an RHB lok on the level crossing.
Jeff Kuescher's module nicknamed the fish (wonder what species?). Remind you of the loop at Brusio?
An overview of some of the modules. Can't wait for the catenary wire to go up!
High density traffic.
An RHB Kroc in the cut.
A creek runs thru the forest
An RhB freight train travel through the village
An N scale train of Peter Barnes.
Overview of the 2 feet by 4 feet N scale layout. A nicely detailed layout with live catenary.
Another picture of Peter's layout.
