
Friday Afternoon - Setup time
For most of us the event started Friday afternoon with the initial setup
The show started as usual with a Friday afternoon setup. Vendor tables are
being setup.
HOm Module Group beginning the setup
The San Diego Module Groups is the first to get setup
Tom Catherall starts setting up the Marklin tables
The Bay Area Modules start coming together
Friday Evening - Pre-Event Layout Tours
Friday evening three Bay Area Families opened their homes for layout tours.
The first stop in the tour was at Don Winslow's home, where we enjoyed a
wonderful Marklin M-track layout.
Don and David also showed a wonderful Lionel layout with great sound effects.
The second stop on the tour was at Peter Barnes home, where we saw a very nice
HO Digital layout.

Peter also displayed a great N-scale layout with operating catenary.
The third and last stop of the evening was at Andreas Hildebrandt's home. Here
you see his huge basement layout under construction

Saturday Morning - Show opens
43 Sales tables full of excellent European Train bargains
The San Diego modular group.
Great bargains were had by many
HOm module display (top) and the San Diego module display (bottom).
Table sales remained strong throughout the entire day.
The Bay area modules were displayed in the main airplane gallery
Rutger Friberg came all the way from Sweden. Here he is doing a presentation on
the 150 years of Swedish railways and on Digital tips and tricks.
The Sacramento Chapter displayed an N-Scale layout
Saturday Evening - Banquet
A banquet was help at Hiller Museum in the Main Airplane Gallery.
Over 70 people attended this nice Banquet
A catered German buffet style dinner was enjoyed by everyone.
Andreas, as always, a great MC, kept us entertained the entire evening.
